Dear Abby,

Recently I’ve been struggling with balancing sports, school, and my job. Every day is another challenge. I feel like I can’t keep up. I need to know how to organize my schedule in a way where I don’t get as stressed as I am. If you can think of any way to help me I would appreciate it.

Dear Burnt-out Babe,

Mental health days are extremely important. Every once in awhile I would take a day off from either sports, school or your job to just relax and do the things you enjoy. I would also recommend every Sunday to sit down and make a schedule of your week. Hopefully this helped
