Why are you passionate about swimming?
Because of the amazing club/team environments I have been apart of since starting the sport. And the ability to see the impacts of a single change on just my own ability, letting me hone in my skills unlike a team sport.
What made you want to be a lifeguard at the Hellertown pool?
I felt confident that my time as a swimmer would give me an edge at the job.
What famous swimmer do you look up to?
Caleb Dressel, being both the best in the world at some point, and a family man.
What are your swimming records?
100 yard Fly in 59.0 seconds, 100 yard Free in 54.33 seconds, 200 yard IM in 2:20.
What else are you involved in at the school?
I am in 3 school clubs, and participate on a club team for my swim as well. I volunteer with our intramural swim program and have played soccer, lacrosse, and cross country as well in high school.
What are your hobbies?
I work on engineering projects and I ski in my free time during school, also playing video games with my friends on weekends.
Do you have plans for after high school yet?
After high school I plan on going to college and swimming at D3 at least, with a major in the engineering field or biomedical.
Do you have any pets?
I have 4 dogs, 1 who lives outside on my farm. Then 2 cats, both living in my barn.
What’s your favorite food and why?
Stuffed shell pasta with marinara sauce, if I wanted the ultimate comfort food it would be pasta through and through.
Have you ever played an instrument?
I played trumpet and guitar in middle school, but I first learned to play the piano. None of which I’m very good at now.
